100409boklores47% of Americans will pay no federal income tax this year. Not sure if that figure includes the Treasury Secretary.  According to Heritage Foundation the richest 10% pay 71% of all federal income tax.  Mark Steyn has some thoughts on voting your neighbor’s pocketbook.
