EPA Endangers Wealth and Welfare of American People
The EPA says, “carbon dioxide endangers the health and welfare of the American people” and asserted its right to regulate greenhouse gas under the Clean Air Act. EPA administrator Lisa Jackson says if Congress doesn’t act, she will. Democracy is such a pain. Here’s a column from the Denver Post by David Harsanyi.
